Julien DEVAUX
Chief Investment Officer
Julien is responsible for investments. He has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since 2006 and held a position as a guest professor in Finance at the Haute école de Gestion (HEG) in Fribourg. With over 15 years of experience as an Investment Advisor, he has a strong background in investment advisory. He has also held management positions at UBS and Julius Bär. Throughout his career, he has navigated through several complete economic cycles and endured the severe credit crisis in 2008 while successfully preserving his clients’ wealth. Julien is fluent in French, English, German, and Spanish. In addition, he is a member of the Geneva Red Cross Personnel Welfare Foundation Board of Directors.
Laurent JULLIER
Director of Pension Solutions and Real Estate
With over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in personal insurance and corporate benefits, Laurent joined UBS as a Corporate Banker, where he managed commercial clients for their financing, foreign exchange, and M&A operations. He then held a position at Credit Suisse in the ‘Executive & Entrepreneurs’ department, assisting entrepreneurs in making strategic decisions involving their personal and business assets. Throughout his career, Laurent has acquired extensive knowledge in complementary areas such as banking, insurance, and pension funds, making him highly versatile and exceptionally competent advisor.
Luc RASCA
Chief Operating Officer
Luc is expert in finance and investments. He has acquired technical skills over 30 years with one of the world’s largest and most respected banks. His career began with UBS in 1989, and he had the opportunity to gain a comprehensive view of the company through his internal progression from an apprentice to a member of the management team, all while continuing to develop his expertise both internally and externally. He is well-versed in portfolio analysis and ensuring transaction compliance with banking regulations, with a specialization in structured products. Luc holds a Federal Diploma in Finance and Investments and the ‘UBS Private Banking Diploma’. Passionate about sports, Luc also holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Sports Public Policy and Management from UNIL (University of Lausanne), and he served as the director of the Stade de Genève Foundation for 4 years. Luc is fluent in French and English.
Olivier BAUDRY
Founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors
Olivier brings extensive experience in managing banking teams and serving high-net-worth individuals primary in Switzerland and Europe. He began his career at Ernst & Young and Lombard Odier, and for nine years, he served as Managing Director and Market Leader at UBS. He later assumed the role of Market head for Geneva at Julius Bär for the following nine years. His primary goal is to support his clients by providing advice in a wide range of areas, including finance, estate planning, taxation, real estate, and financial planning. Olivier holds a degree in computer science engineering from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and is a certified public accountant. He also holds a certificate in quantitative and portfolio management from HEC Geneva. He joined the Board of Directors of the Rentes Genevoises in 2024, is a member of the Chamber of Commerce Circle in addition to serving on the boards of other charity fundations. Olivier is fluent in French and English.
