Robert ZOELLS
Board Member
Robert Zoells earned a law degree from the University of Geneva in 1982 and was admitted to the bar the same year. He is the Founder and Partner at de Weck Zoells & Associés and serves on the boards of numerous companies, from luxury to pensions to automotive. With more than 35 years of experience in business law, mergers and acquisitions, and tax advisory, he also practices in labor law, real estate, inheritance, matrimonial law, asset administration and intellectual property. Honorary Consul General of Austria since 2012 and Deputy Secretary‑General of the Geneva Consular Corps, he contributes his rigor and strategic vision to Alkimia’s governance.
Alexia RAMBOSSON
Board Member
Alexia Rambosson is an LL.M. attorney and certified tax expert. She holds a law degree from the University of Geneva (1995) and an LL.M. in Banking and Finance Law from the London School of Economics (2003). A partner at Steinbrüchel Hüssy Avocats in Zurich since 2022, she advises banks, asset managers and family offices on Swiss and international tax matters, pensions, estate planning and compliance. A member of boards of directors, pension foundation boards and advisory boards, she brings Alkimia sharp expertise and is a regular conference speaker and author.
Olivier SCHMID

Olivier Schmid is a seasoned finance professional with over 35 years of experience in asset management, wealth management, and banking strategy. He has held senior leadership roles at major Swiss banks, where he combined technical expertise with strategic vision. His career is marked by a rare blend of financial rigor and intellectual curiosity. As a member of several boards of directors, he brings to Alkimia his leadership, extensive international network, and ability to provide insightful solutions to the most demanding client and partner needs.
Xavier Lagrandie
President of the investment committee
Xavier Lagrandie is a recognized specialist in equity management, with more than 30 years of experience in financial analysis and portfolio management as a Small & Mid Caps manager at Lombard Odier in Geneva. He combines deep technical expertise with a refined understanding of market dynamics. Holding an MBA in Finance and a membership with the SFAF, he brings to Alkimia’s investment committee a rigorous vision, a proven methodology, and an ability to identify high-potential opportunities. His experience and professional standards strengthen the quality of the strategic decisions made in the service of clients.
